The Existence of Sin

^{1 John 3:24}
Those who obey his commands live in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.

1 John 3:21
Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God ²²and receive from him anything we ask, because we obey his commands and do what pleases him. ²³And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us.


When the Holy Spirit resides in us, He draws us out of sin through conviction.

What does conviction mean?

1.	a fixed or firm belief.

2.	the act of convicting.

3.	the state of being convicted.

4.	the act of convincing.

5.	the state of being convinced.

Meaning of condemnation:

1.	the act of condemning.

2.	the state of being condemned.

3.	strong censure; disapprobation; reproof.

4.	a cause or reason for condemning.

Notice that conviction and condemnation are exactly opposites?

Conviction is done out of love. Condemnation is done out of blame.

How we actually know if sin exist is through condemnation in our hearts. When we make the decision to repent, we are drawing out the sin from our hearts, into our minds/conscience (this is the part we become consciously aware of our sins and therefore can then decide to repent), then out of our mouth through the act of proclamation through the words we speak. When our words holds God's conviction in them, it translates into action, which is an outward proclamation of faith/confidence/repentance.

This is what it means to live in the presence of God and for God to live within us.

The truth is it does hurt.

And I just want to shut off emotionally so that I can continue to function on a daily basis.

Have u consider everyone God place in our path is an opportunity to draw people to Him?

The person might be there for the wrong purpose.

But recall the story of Joseph, even though his brothers sold him to Egypt, for a wrong purpose, God made use of Joseph to save the whole family including his brothers from famine in Egypt.

So so he might be coming with wrong purpose...but God might use it as a chance to touch his soul.

Rest just leave in the hands of God.

Tithing and Protection!

I have been praying for prosperity and for the Lord to prosper me in whatever I do and whatever my hands touch, be it from school, to studies, projects, to finances so that I can be free to serve Him without worries. And the Lord was so good towards me, He answered my prayer by showing me His specified proper methods of tithing.

Apparently, our tithes are supposed to go to the widows, strangers, Levites, fatherless, oppressed, singers and potters of God.

When we give our tithes to the right person and deliver it in the name of Jesus, we will then enter into His covenant promises.

Luke 16:9
I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings.

Luke 16:11
So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches?

In those days, whenever the disciples gave to the poor, they did it according to Jesus' instruction and gave glory to His name.

Since Judas had charge of the money, some thought Jesus was telling him to buy what was needed for the Feast, or to give something to the poor.

Is 58: 6-11

6 "Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen:
to loose the chains of injustice
and untie the cords of the yoke,
to set the oppressed free
and break every yoke?

7 Is it not to share your food with the hungry
and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter—
when you see the naked, to clothe him,
and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?

8 Then your light will break forth like the dawn,
and your healing will quickly appear;
then your righteousness will go before you,
and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard.

This is the protection that we will have for our back! Because the armor of God only covers the front! The gridle of truth, breastplate of righteousness, helmet of salvation, shoes of gospel and shield of faith.

9 Then you will call, and the LORD will answer;
you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I.
"If you do away with the yoke of oppression,
with the pointing finger and malicious talk,

10 and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry
and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,
then your light will rise in the darkness,
and your night will become like the noonday.

11 The LORD will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.

And did you know that if you had owed a back debt to God, this is an entry for Satan?

The best way to clear your back debt/accumulated unpaid tithes, is to ask God for a sum of $ then ask God who He wants to have this money in His name!

Only then can we enter into back into a covenant relationship with blessings and protection from God!
